CityCamp Brighton and the RSA have joined forces to hold a special event at the Brighton Digital Festival.

We are looking to support new, innovative project ideas that can help people and communities within Brighton & Hove and beyond to become more engaged, resourceful, and pro-social. Ideas that help bring them closer together whether through digital technology, the arts, social enterprise.

Each idea will get a short slot to pitch to an assembled audience of CityCamp Brighton members, local RSA Fellows and RSA Project staff.

After the pitches, there will be time to co-develop these ideas in smaller breakout groups, giving everyone the opportunity to tap into the experience, expertise, local knowledge and connections present in the room. At the end of the evening, the projects will give a longer pitch to a selected panel from the audience.

If you want to help develop new ideas by giving support and advice, select either "RSA Fellow" or "CityCamp network"

The best ideas on the night will be invited to work on their project idea with local Fellows to make an application to the RSA’s Catalyst fund. There will also be a small development grant awarded to one project idea courtesy of the RSA South East Fellows' committee.
